What the $29 covers
- One snapshot per day of your own Chrome extension: install count, star rating, review count, version, and a hash of the permissions it requests.

Payment is taken by Creem, acting as Merchant of Record. Creem handles VAT and invoicing and is the seller of record for the transaction.
A full refund is available on request within 14 days of any charge, no reason required. Refunds are issued through Creem to the original payment method.
Before subscribing, read the next section: daily recording began on 16 September 2026, so the charts are still short and earlier values cannot be backfilled.
Read this before you subscribe: the charts are short
Daily recording began on 16 September 2026. A chart can only be as long as the time since that date, so today it is close to empty.
Past values cannot be backfilled. The Chrome Web Store publishes only current values, so there is nothing to reach back into. An early subscriber is buying the start of a record, not a record that can be read immediately.

Not finished
Alerts when a tracked number moves — a rating drop, an install drop, a change in requested permissions — are not built. The snapshots such alerts would read from are being recorded now, but the alerting itself does not exist yet, and no date is promised for it. Subscribe for what is running today, not for this.

- There is no self-serve cancellation link yet. To cancel, email [email protected]. Cancellation is honoured immediately on receipt and stops the next charge.

- Email is the only contact channel: [email protected]. Questions, refund requests and cancellations all go to that address.
Free, and no account required
These do not cost anything and do not need a subscription:
- Look up any Chrome extension’s requested permissions, explained plainly.
- WordPress plugin maintenance status pages.
- Aggregate research reports.
Who you are buying from
Extension Watch is operated by an individual sole proprietor based in mainland China. Contact is by email at [email protected]. Creem acts as Merchant of Record and is the seller of record for every purchase.
Card details are never seen or stored by mutualfit. From a purchase the operator receives only your email address, your subscription status, and Creem customer and subscription identifiers.
The services behind the site — Supabase for accounts and the database, Resend for transactional email, Creem for payments, Cloudflare for hosting and inbound mail — are described in the Privacy Policy, along with the fact that the operator is in mainland China while these processors are in the United States. Account data is kept while the account exists and is deleted on request; no fixed retention period has been set. The site carries no analytics, no tracking pixel and no advertising cookie.
