Support

One email address handles everything — questions, tracking requests, billing, cancellation, and data requests.

Contact

[email protected]

This is the only contact channel. There is no phone line, live chat, or ticket portal.

Who answers

Extension Watch is run by one person, not a support team. Mail is read and answered by that person. There is no guaranteed response time and no out-of-hours cover, and the operator is in mainland China, so a reply may land outside your own working hours. Every email does get read. If several days pass with no answer, send the message again — that is the correct thing to do, not a nuisance.

What to include when writing in

  • — The email address on your account, if you have one, and write from it where you can.
  • — The Chrome Web Store URL or extension ID of anything you are asking about.
  • — What you expected to see and what you actually saw.
  • — For billing questions, the date of the charge.

Do not send passwords, card numbers, or payment details. They are never needed, and card details are handled by Creem and are never seen by mutualfit.

Requesting tracking for your extensions

Email [email protected] with the Chrome Web Store URL or extension ID of your own extension, plus up to five competitor extensions you want recorded alongside it. Each tracked extension gets one snapshot a day: install count, star rating, review count, version, and a hash of the requested permissions. Those snapshots accumulate into a chart.

Read this before you subscribe or add an extension

Daily recording began 16 September 2026. A chart is only as long as the time since then, and for an extension added later, only as long as the time since it was added. Past values cannot be backfilled, because the Chrome Web Store publishes only current values. You are buying the start of a record, not a record you can read immediately.

Alerts when a tracked number moves — a rating drop, an install drop, a permission change — are not built yet. The snapshots they would read from are being recorded now, but nothing is sent to you when a number moves. Do not subscribe expecting to be notified.

Cancelling

There is no self-serve cancellation link yet, in the account or anywhere else. Cancellation is by email: write to [email protected] and say you want to cancel. It is honoured immediately on receipt, which stops the next charge. You do not have to give a reason, and you will not be asked to complete anything further.

Refunds

A full refund is available on request within 14 days of any charge, no reason required. Refunds are issued through Creem to the original payment method.

Ask by email at [email protected]. Creem acts as Merchant of Record, so the refund is processed on Creem’s side and the timing of the money reaching your account depends on Creem and your bank.

Data export and deletion

You can ask for access to your data, a copy of it in a portable form, correction of it, erasure of it, or you can object to how it is handled. You can also complain to a data protection authority. Send any of these requests to [email protected], from the address on the account where possible.

Requests are answered as quickly as the operator can manage, with a target of 30 days. That is a target, not a guaranteed turnaround.

Account data — your user id, email, subscription status, and the list of extensions you track — is kept while the account exists and is deleted on request. No fixed retention period has been set. Deletion does not reach everything: the standard web server logs Cloudflare processes to serve the site, and the records Creem keeps as Merchant of Record for tax and accounting purposes, sit outside the operator’s control.

Who you are dealing with

Extension Watch is operated by an individual sole proprietor based in mainland China. Contact is by email at [email protected]. Creem acts as Merchant of Record and is the seller of record for every purchase.
